These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrimeHaul platform ("Service") operated by PrimeHaul Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PrimeHaul provides a software platform for removal and moving companies to:

Generate customer survey links for remote property assessments
Receive AI-powered inventory detection from customer photos
Generate and manage removal quotes
Accept customer deposits via integrated payment processing

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be a registered business operating in the United Kingdom
Provide accurate company information during registration
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Billing and Payment

Pay-Per-Survey Model: You are charged £9.99 for each completed customer survey submitted for review. Your first 3 surveys are free during the trial period.

Partner Accounts: Designated partner accounts receive unlimited surveys at no charge, as agreed in separate partner agreements.

Customer Deposits: Customer deposits are processed via Stripe Connect and transferred directly to your connected bank account. PrimeHaul does not hold customer funds.

Payment Method: You must maintain a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access other companies' data
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Use the Service to spam or harass customers
Resell access to the Service without permission

5. Customer Data

You are responsible for:

Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before using the Service
Ensuring customer data is accurate and lawfully collected
Complying with UK GDPR and data protection laws

We process customer data on your behalf as a data processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-Generated Quotes

Our AI provides estimated quotes based on photo analysis. These are estimates only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes before they are sent to customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI detections.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by PrimeHaul Ltd. You retain ownership of your company data and customer information.

By uploading photos and data, you grant us a licence to process this information to provide the Service and improve our AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months
We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay outstanding fees.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
